Modern life seems to just push and shove with all the deadlines and real stressers we all face on a day to day, no hour to hour basis or shorter. Focused on the finish line yet wont look at the next step they are taking or who they are stepping on. I cant keep up with it all. Seems like everyone is in a race to see who trips first. And society and parents are cheering you on to go faster and they have their expectations so dont lose them their bets, Sure some will help you and stay by your side as you pick up the pace but eventually they have to catch up with the others as well and if youre slow in this life, seems like there are less surrounding you. What is the rush? Ill keep running the track but for what? Ill die here too even If I make it past a "finish line" in a "destined time" and be called the failure, loser in this race rightfully so
