I can watch a video of I.S.I.S or The cartles beheading someone, burning them alive, or torturing them until death, but seeing videos of people roping, consuming S.N, or getting hit by train (with no blood shown) actually feels unsetlling more then typical gore videos, because i just think of how many bad things that person had to go through that they have decided to end their ONLY chance at life, and get over their survival instinct, it's a mad thought to me, when i think of how much they had to go through that they decided to go against the core of their biological coding, with typical gore videos on average they are far more brutal and gorier on the surface, but C.T.B videos have way more darkness behind them, for the lack of better terms.

This is the same with me and true crime. I can easily watch true crime videos but i don't want to watch ctb videos( especially gory ones)

The only exception is the documentary the Bridge which shows videos of real people jumping to their death off the Golden Gate Bridge

i dont mind gore, but i ended up watching this video of a man hanging himself in front of his kids and regretting it and saying he doesnt wanna die in his last breaths, while the kids are tiny and cant do anything about it. that was awful. it was awhile ago too, but i can still see it in my head.
the video of strawberry panic (??) ctb with SN just felt.. i dont know how to word it. she just seemed over everything, and ready for what was waiting for her. i def think that video had the "darkness" behind it. its all obviously so final, she seems so sure. i selfishly wish the audio wasnt gone from that, i feel like her last words should of been heard, at least.
i think its harder for me to watch ctb videos than straight up gore because its too real. i cant really put myself in the shoes of a cartel member dismembering someone, clearly, but i can in ctb ones

I pretty much only watch CTB gore vids, when i do. it honestly helps with my suicidality, seeing how dumb and fragile people look after they die, and how agonizing it can be. really turns you off of doing it to yourself.

for me, at least

It may scare you because you're closer to that than the gore videos.

I had a situation today, a small thing.. but something stirred up inside me. I was watching an anime about medical things. A patient died and his blood was blue-ish.

Immediately knew it was something close to SN. They discussed the way to treat it if caught earlier, immediately knew it was methil blue.

It's an anime, you can see pretty f-up things in there, after all it's only drawings.

However, the realisation about why I had this knowledge while, for example, my wife had no idea...

Made me feel sick.
