I have been planning to Cbt because of physical and mental chronic illnesses but I have a dog and I cant leave him behind. I feel stuck and it is getting harder by the day. I live in 3rd world country where not many people own dogs and adoption is not an option. Anyone else in the same situation? I am in so much pain and i dont know what to do.
