For me sometimes working out helps, eating nutritious and sleeping regularly. I had never done that and the first time I did it, it was like a whole new world had opened up to me. What do you think? Ever tried it?
Marijuana? I have been having anxiety over the last few months and I got a CBD pen (although I enjoy the THC cartridges too). No real high with CBD, but it really eases any depression or anxiety I may be feeling. Highly recommend.
