Hey guys, I've been kicking the can down the road for a few months and now I've run out of road. I really can't do another year in this body living this life. I've been fasting since 6pm yesterday and I plan to catch the bus in about 2 hours with SN. I am extremely grateful to the forum for introducing me to tons of information I could never have found on my own and to all the people I've met on here. Ironically I think this place has helped delay my ctb as it let me talk about my thoughts openly without being judged or people trying to "save" me. So far the hardest thing for me mentally is how fucking hungry I am. I have a food coping mechanism/addiction and all I want to do right now is fucking binge eat. Other than that I'm feeling relatively calm. My phone is in my car and its battery is dead. I've also put my dresser in front of my bedroom door so hopefully if I panic I won't be able to move it in my weakened state and seek help. Goodbye everyone, and Happy New Year.

For those curious this is the regime I'm using for SN:
• 6:00pm start 24 hour food fasting
• 4:00pm start dry fasting
• 4:00pm 600mg advil
• 5:00pm 75mg meclizine
• 6:00pm 30g SN in 60ml lukewarm water (30g instead of 25g due to my weight)

Safe travels. I am also planning on using Dramamine to help with nausea but mine has the original formula not the meclizine. Was going to join you tonight but forgot something to measure the SN before I traveled to my location (probably the SI unconsciously trying to slow me down).
