I had a study visa. I was under treatment for 6 months. After multiple suicide attempts, the doctor admits the treatment was a failure and I cant study anymore. I didnt know a psychiatarist had the power to do that, anyways I dont know the law. The point is, the fucking hypocrisy. Its okay to kill myself back in my country but not here. So afraid of bad press

I'm sorry for your situation. I imagine it might feel like you're getting punished on top of all the suffering you're having to deal with.

I'm guessing you are there on a scholarship and the scholarship has a clause about suicidal tendencies.

Just curious what is your home country?

This may be a long shot, but would the stigma or (mis)treatment you will receiv back in your home country be bad enough for you to consider applying for some kind of humanitarian/protection visa to remain in Germany?

I am so sorry. I'm not going through anything to the extent of what you are, but i am now in a position where I have to hide any suicidal ideation or I will not get a job which I've worked three years for. And for me that is painful enough so I'm so so so sorry for what you're going through and I can't begin to even imagine what you must be feeling. Classic example of people valuing covering their own behinds rather than an actual human life.
Cases like these make me sick to stomach when I then read the World Health Organization talk about importance of equality, particularly regards to health. I'm fact, I'm not 100% sure but could your case potentially be viewed as disability discrimination?

Edit: only reason I mention disability discrimination is because if you've experienced mental illness and/or suicidal ideation for a lengthy period of time, you could argue that it is a discrimination case.

How do you know German authorities wouldn't give a fuck? If you've had a psychiatrist make a formal diagnosis of your illness, and your multiple suicide attempts are on record, it might be worth a try.

literally just searches this on google so don't know how useful but this is a German legal aid company which offers free charitable services.

https://www.pro-bono-deutschland.org/en/home/

it might be useful or it might not. But perhaps worth a look giving your immediate circumstances, which again, I am devastated about for you.

As I said, I dont have that kind of money. Plus, I know a guy, whose whole family was murdered back home and he was denied asylum and sent back. I dont have much faith plus, clearly they dont want me here, thats why they are deporting me...I dont feel like begging them to let me stay

I'm sure there are community organisations that would help you (for free) to lodge that kind of claim, or at least advise you on the likelihood of success. My brief understanding is that Germany as a country is particularly tolerant of refugees, possibly to make up for events from their history. It's not true that Germany doesn't want you there, it's probably a totally automatic decision to remove someone on a student visa who can no longer study, whether due to mental illness, running out of money or failing enough subjects to be kicked out of the university. But that does not mean they wouldn't consider your specific situation if it was brought properly to their attention. But you need to have the right attitude in order to look into that option, if you consider it as 'begging' and somehow beneath you, then that is your issue rather than Germany's.
