Hypnotherapy doesn't work for everyone. I can vouch for that. I think it works best for the more malleable shall we say. And yes, I have all three of the above.
i'm diagnosed with bpd and i enjoy hypnosis (and meditation) a lot, the ones i did in therapy weren't my favorite ones though and they can't help with anything extreme at least for me
but it's very pleasant, it helps with mild anxiety or problematic thinking patterns
I don't believe in any kind of therapy, everyone is a stuck up loser only waiting to earn more money by claiming they will fix everything, instead of that, things get worse at times. All they do is profit from people's suffering.
