Discussion How will my suicide affect my apartment's owner?

I heard that the value of a rent for future tenants goes down if someone commits suicide in a rented object. Is that true? Then there's the whole superstition some people might have about the apartment possibly being haunted after my suicide. I don't want to affect anyone negatively with my suicide, my apartement's owner does not deserve this.

I'm in that situation. It's nothing to worry about really. I'm leaving a note for the person who finds my body, because I'll be horribly decomposed by that point. I'm also covering my head with a cloth. That should cut down on the gore and ugliness of it. But, they'll call the coroner and the proper authorities, have your avatar moved, and clean up for the next tenant.

Btw I did live in a house where a girl had committed suicide. Nobody told us about it so we were living there on rent. Idk the house had a lot of negative energy and eventhough none of my family members believe in ghosts except my mom we could feel something being off about that house. We lived on the top floor and the terrace above us was always locked at night but we would hear someone running upstairs and it was so creepy I even have the recording of it. Then one time my dad was sleeping in the living room and he dreamt of a girl coming from the window of the living room and sleeping beside him she was like a silhouette Like a white figure idk my English is bad and my dad started screaming in his sleep. Me and my mom got so scared. Also everyone started getting really sick. My dad got hospitalised my mom would have body pain and just overall the ambience of our house was dark and gloomy. We shifted an year later and my dad was the one who got to know about the suicide after we had moved in another house. I get goosebumps just thinking about those things. It was a weird house.

That's so scary, I also have troubles sleeping at nights so I wonder how would I live in a house that is supposedly haunted. One of my fantasies is to unite with spirit of any person who commuted suicide before me, I'd love some spirit to guide to that path because a mere mortal like me has no courage to do that.
