  • Hello Guest,

Another update, OFCOM has reached out directly. We have made the decision to make all content unavailable in the UK for the time being. People from the UK will still be allowed to register, but content that violates the Online Safety Bill will not be viewable to the public. This officially puts us in compliance with the Onlien Safety Bill.

We would highly recommend that all users from the UK get some sort of VPN, and you should petition your lawmakers to let them know how you feel about this piece of draconian legislation.

I have SN sources which I bought 3-4 years ago but I'm not sure if they have been kept in ideal conditions. I live in a southern state in the USA where temperatures can reach 110 F or 40 C and humidity can be up to 70% percent. The hottest months start in May and end in September but it can still be humid in the fall. Sometimes I have to keep the air conditioning at 80-82 degrees sometimes to prevent overworking it and I can't always keep my AC in the low 70s to remove humidity.

Not very well, considering it's highly hygroscopic. To be honest, from what I know even if it's kept sealed shut it can't last longer than 3 years (when it comes to being fatal).

It can convert into sodium nitrate if it gets moisture. I'm in a subtropical humid place and not at all sure about my 3 year old SN.

Not well. You can test it using blood and/or aquarium test strips. With the blood test drop a few grains into blood and it should turn dark brown. Aquarium test is much better. Blood test only really shows presence of nitrite rather than purity. Although, I think the darker the blood the higher the purity. I keep mine in their original container but also in air tight jars.

Constant high humidity can't be good for SN.

The ppeh say that SN can conserve as much as you want. ( In a vaccum container i guess)
