Help How viable is rail suicide on a minor railway?

So I have been planning this for a while now and I was wondering how actually likely it is to die by a train, the trains that go around my area are EMD SD7 freight trains, that typically go 75-80mph. So I was wondering if there are any tips I should be worried about or possible paralyzation or disability?
