How to write a suicide note?

Where do you find the strength to write a suicide note? I'm finding it very difficult; I feel like I can't even begin. Any advice?

Write what's on your mind… maybe briefly touch on the obstacles you faced in life… and what brought you to the point of CTB… perhaps what to do with any of your possessions…

Try not to turn it into a rambling essay the length of a college term paper. I've kept mine concise so it's not written off as a babbling whiner with mental health issues.

Who says you even have to write it? If it's too much stress, or it's unclear what you want to say, then skip it

This is a tough one because I'm struggling to write my own. My aim was to write to the people I love, explaining what has led to me taking my own life and how much I love them and how sorry I am if my passing has hurt them. I'm also going to write about the people in my life who hurt me and how pain and abuse have caused me to take my life. Depending on where you live in the world, there's a chance the police will read and hold onto any letters while investigating your death.

Mi objetivo era escribirles a mis seres queridos, explicándoles qué me llevó a quitarme la vida, cuánto los amo y cuánto lamento si mi muerte les ha dolido. También voy a escribir sobre las personas en mi vida que me hicieron daño y cómo el dolor y el abuso me han llevado a quitarme la vida. Dependiendo de dónde vivas en el mundo, existe la posibilidad de que la policía lea y conserve las cartas mientras investiga tu mu.

I wrote a note. I've actually written 2. The first one was much better written. It was just over 2 pages long, talking about my life and what drove me to this. It was never seen by anyone. I am working on a second one. I add a little bit to it every time I think of something new to add. It's more like a list, each item being a few sentences long, rather than a nicely formatted letter. It's easier for me to write 50 or so small chunks of a couple sentences than it is to write a nicely worded letter. I can just write out what I'm thinking, and not need to worry about structure.

Yeah I know people personally who have died and the police have read and taken the notes in as evidence. They read and give them back to the loved ones or the person it was written for. I'm in the uk btw. I also have a knot in my stomach but when I think about all of abuse and hell I've been through, it all flows on papers.

I've written so many ... usually I just get down things I want to say ... things I wouldn't have said when I was alive.

I'm incredibly blocked. Horrible things have happened to me, and it's difficult for me to put them on paper. But I would like my parents to understand my decision.
