• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

At this point I don't want to do anything to directly kill myself but I'd like to trigger a seizure so I can just sleep (I'm not sure about death so I just want to be allowed to stay home and sleep as much as I want and not deal with stress from other people and things going on) I don't care if I end up in hospital. I have epilepsy and have seizures many times in the past but I dont know what triggers it. It doesn't do anything but make me extremely tired I don't even know it's happening. Anyway that's my question

It's not so much trying to kill myself directly like hanging or jumping in front of a train would but more like just I'm depressed and feel tired all the time and want an excuse I guess to do it(depressed isn't a good enough excuse on one by me takes mental illness seriously the only time I get good care and rest is for physical things)

Another epileptic here. Do keep in mind that intentionally causing seizures can make them worse in the long term. That being said, not eating properly, getting enough sleep, or drinking water triggers seizures for me. Also a lot of stress and crying.

I really wouldn't recommend this though, for obvious reasons. But i get it.

Can I private message you in chat? I'd just like to talk things through with another person who knows what it's like
