Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have this issue where whenever things get worse, i stop taking my antidepressants and all other health medication. It takes too much effort to fill a glass of water and swallow 5 pills. I feel worse without my medication so i dont really understand the logic behind my actions. Can anyone relate? If you take medication regularly, how do you manage?
I no longer take meds but I know what youre talking about. I had a similar issue although I never felt better on my meds.
A while ago though, I saw a video about a pill dispenser. You fill in the pills in this little box and it rotates.
This thing
I think it might be helpful in your case.
Instead of buying it, you could organize your pills for each day and put them in little baggies?
Idk if thats better or not.

I think that might do the trick. It's kind of silly but if I decorate the pill dispenser I think I'll be more motivated to take my meds..
Thank u for your reply <3

I have the same problem! To keep me doing it, I have a little app where doing my chores takes care of a little critter, and it sends me notifications and rewards me for taking my meds lol. If you get a similar one, maybe it'll help by instant gratification? Don't pay for one though, there's gotta be a bunch of free ones.

I agree with the pill organizer! It's much easier to have meds already counted out and ready to go each week. Depending on what time of the day you take them, I always try to make my meds accessible in the "path" of my morning or night routines along with a bottle of water so I don't have to keep going back and forth. Even putting an extra piece of candy in with your daily pills might be motivating so you can have a little treat when you take them (:
