i need to ctb can someone throughly explain night night i can't pass out or fall unconscious leading me to think i'm doing it wrong it's also not the most successfull method here so i couldn't find ample inf. i'm using a shoelace and pair of socks please !! i need this asap

This method is definitely not reliable, but to increase the probability of it working you need to be using something far thicker and stronger then a shoelace, this could be heavy duty duct tape, or a ratchet strap. Make sure the socks you're using are as thick as socks could possibly be or try to use something like a wash cloth.Similar threads
