Help how to send emails after you ctb?

i see people posting about sending a prewritten email at a certain time and date after you ctb. sorry im dumb but how do you do this? i need some way like that, any info on this would be appreciated.

I was thinking of sending people an email or message before I do it but they would obviously try to contact me so I need a way to automatically send it after as well

Gmail also has the option to send a delayed email and to cancel it.

Click on the tab to the right of the send button and it should display options to schedule a send date and time. Hope this helps.
