• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Does excess red blood cells and iron affect the NS process? I don't know if this is true, and would it be better to have anemia? Does anyone know how I can reduce high red blood cell and iron levels or induce anemia?

reduce high red blood cell

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

  • Quit Smoking: If you smoke, quitting can help reduce your red blood cell count and improve overall health.

  • Maintain a Healthy Weight: Being overweight or obese can increase the risk of certain conditions that can lead to high red blood cell counts.
  • Exercise Regularly: Regular physical activity can improve overall health and may help manage certain conditions that can cause high red blood cell counts.
  • Avoid Performance-Enhancing Drugs: Do not use anabolic steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs.
  • Limit Exposure to High Altitudes: If possible, limit your exposure to high altitudes, as this can trigger the body to produce more red blood cells.
  • Manage Chronic Conditions: If you have chronic lung disease, kidney disease, or other health issues, follow your healthcare provider's treatment plan diligently.
