How to prevent vomiting?

I have LPR ( Laryngopharyngeal Reflux disease) I vomit quite frequently and I take metoclopramide and pantoprazole daily as a normal medication. Even metoclopramide doesn't stop my vomiting sometimes. my stomach wouldn't be able to hold N or SN so what can I do?


Is there any way to prevent me vomiting?

Can kaopectate or peptide-bismol help keep SN down?
