Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

There is a friend of mine who knows that I have depression and wants to help me and she notices that I am getting more sad and empty every day, but I don't want help and so I think of a way to pretend that I am getting better, any tips on how I can do this?

I don't know how you could pretend to get better but one good, but difficult, way to deal with depression on your own is behavioral activation. Go on a walk, get outside, call a friend, no matter how much you don't want to. (I'm not very good at this because I have low discipline).
