Hello. The rest of the world will be indifferent to my CTB, I will be another statistic. But a few (~2) people will need help to handle my CTB.
I've already discussed with them some hypothetical scenarios vaguely about my death. They will try to stop me if I reveal my plans.

I would like to make them strong, able to overcome my CTB, and move on with their lives.

It's normal and natural for death to come suddenly, regardless of age. I googled some stats and more than 150,000 deaths take place daily worldwide.

Thanks for your help.

I don't think any of them will truly be prepared for it, no matter how much you talk to them about it. Unless you're at a euthanasia clinic and you're dying from terminal illness or some incurable/debilitating health issues. It also depends on how close your relationship with them is

I am struggling with this too. It concerns me a lot. I'm not sure how to best handle it. It's hars not being able to broach it directly and honestly so that we can say all the things we want to say so that they won't feel regret for things they never had chance to say or do. I don't want them to feel guilt but apparently it's not a good idea to say "don't feel guilty" in a note as it might actually have the opposite effect.

I am dealing with the same concern. I would like to prepare them for what is coming, but I know nothing will.

Sorry, but I am afraid there is no real solution here :-/

There is nothing you can do. Of course death is part of life and it will happen to everyone but that fact will not make people any less sad. There is also stigma associated with death by suicide. Maybe a note could give them some closure, saying there is nothing they could have done, and a note will mean they are not left with unanswered questions. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.

You can't really help them. Ctb is taboo. They will not understand what's going on at first.
The only way you can make things easier for them is to leave a good note. When due time passes, the note will help them understand a bit.
