If you Google how to make a rope out of sheets you'll find examples. Then you can make a slipknot or some other kind of knot.

Another thing to consider is the thickness of the bedsheet, if it is too thick, it may be hard to make into a rope, let alone a knot.

Be aware that no matter how good a job you do, the sheet-rope will have some stretch and give to it. Quite a lot, depending on the way the sheets are made. I learned this the hard way. Don't consider this unless you absolutely have no other choice and cannot wait until you have one. Good luck

It seems like you would need to cut and braid it into a rope to reduce stretch, and make a better surface for a slip knot. I suppose it's a possible go if it's the only option, but a rope seems like less effort to get. Just make sure to test it for strength and stretch before the big show. Nobody wants brain damage.

I literally was just thinking about this haha I can't buy a rope casually and thought that bedsheets might be a nice substitute
