Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Do I just go to a store pharmacy in Kroger or Target and ask if they have anything for nausea due to food poisoning. Naturally I would make myself look as sick as possible. Is that all I need to do in order to get prescribed an antiemetic and buy it on the spot? Or do I need to visit an urgent care?
See a doctor (Can be a telehealth one) and tell them you're having bad migraines with shooting pain above your right temple and its making you nauseous. Say your family member gave you a metoclopramide and it worked in controlling the nausea so that's what you're after. It's not addictive etc so I don't see why they wouldn't give you the AEs

Thanks, also how much do telehealth appointments cost? I want to buy everything out of pocket, since I am still on my parents insurance and I don't want them to see anything. How much would the appointment and the prescription cost?

Depends where you're from. I'm from Australia and it's $20-$30. You may get it cheaper or it may cost more. They should tell you how much the telehealth appointment will cost but it shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg.
