Help how to get light headed?

this is kinda silly but anyone know how to get light headed naturally? the time i felt it was when i cut myself deeper once, i felt fuzzy and kinda drunk?

Cut off the carotid artery in your neck, hyperventilating also does this especially if you stand up quickly (doing this may make you faint)
