how to drink sn?

Is it better to drink SN out of a cup or out of a plastic bottle (and just shaking it instead of mixing)?

I think it doesn't really matter what kind of container is used, but to my knowledge the SN must be really well mixed with water (until the liquid turns to be just like water with a faint yellowish tint to it)
