how to die from low height?

I think about jumping out my window, but I don't want to survive. So how can I die from a low height? maybe 5 to 7 meters

You're just going to injure yourself if you do that. Please read some of the megathreads and find something more suitable with what you have access to. I know that's not what you want to hear, but I'd rather you be more informed and choose something that's more likely to do the job if this is what you choose.

try to fall on your head, if u fail well... dire consequences. make sure it is on concrete. this method is very unreliable. other options that are more reliable is stabbing your inner thigh and taking blood thinner. to be honest if you fall and hit your head you can bleed internally and die that way too. so it can be possible :)

I feel like most deaths from a low height are accidents. However, it has no doubt been done as suicide before. The odds are just not in your favor on it though.
