Help How to deal with a shitty friend?

A few days ago, my friend told me I'm unworthy of love. I was so shocked that I didn't say anything.
I tend to be a people pleaser, and until now she's been a good friend, so I often overlooked her behavior. But this clearly crossed a line.
The problem is, it won't be easy to distance myself from her because she's my neighbor and we unfortunately go to the same school. We are also part of the same friend group.
What do you think, I should do?

I'm not really the kind of person who's good at giving advice, or probably should be giving advice even... but it sounds like the only thing you can do is choosing to interact with her less regardless of whether it can be fully avoided or not. Unless you think confrontation and telling her about how you feel about what she has said could have a positive effect, but that's up to you to determine because that depends heavily on who she is as a person and your relationship with her.
