On the left I can see 'Support' option, it shows ticket information, but I have no option to create a ticket? (Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this question, I'm new and still figuring things out here)

There used to be a window above the main screen of the site with crypto addresses where you could donate to and make tickets but that disappeared for me as well. I also have the same question as you basically.I hadn't seen an open a support ticket button on my account until recently. I think it's like a lot of the other features on here where you have to have a certain amount of interactions on here before the feature will unlock for you. In the meantime, if you scroll to the bottom of any page, there is a "Contact us" button you can use.

I see the crypto options, but I don't have any crypto. It says to use other options you can "open a ticket", but when I try to do that it says I have no permission to do it.
