I live with my parents due to being unemployed. They have started to notice something is up since I rarely go out and not interested in anything. They know about my self-harm and past ctb attempts so worry. They want me to go to doctor but they don't realise i'm a targeted individual and that the nhs and professionals are in on it. Obviously I just refuse and they can't force me. But worried they will get someone to house to assess if they knew truth. They'd let drs kidnap and drug me. I just need them off my back until I can ctb. I'm falling apart because of the targeting but I'm not ill, how do I convince them I'm ok ?

Volunteer to do activities with them. For some reason, people are morons and think severe depression is something magically overcome. Ask them to watch a TV show or movie with you. Create the illusion of having interests.

Additionally, take up chores and help around the house. They are less inclined to prod if your refusal to go out is benefiting them.

Yuuuup. People are only so inclined to care about your mental health problems in so far as it inconveniences them.

I don't know about your situation personally but in my experience people don't actually care. It's more of a formality or something that comes from social pressure. If people see me sad or ask me what's wrong I just say I'm feeling sick or I haven't got enough sleep and they leave me alone. Doing anything else would be awkward on their part even if they know I'm lying.
Long sleeves and talcum powder have helped me when it comes to hiding sh. I wear an arm sleeve on my left arm at the gym. If someone asks I just tell them I've got tendinitis. They usually won't bother me after that even if they know the truth.
