Hello I am from India. I have ADHD. My doctor tried methyl phenidate (Ritalin and concerta both) , bupropion, atomoxetine.Selegiline, Tianeptine.
Besides I tried supplements ( al carnitine, L tyrosine etc) but nothing helped. How can I get vyvanse or adderall internationally since both are unavailable in India.

Have you tried modafinil? I've seen some people in the forums Quora, reddit,... preferring it to amph for focus, the effect is less, but cleaner with fewer side effects, it might be worth a try.
Cocoa and coffee can help a little too, considered as mild stimulants.

However, importing illegal Adderall/vyvanse internationally is very risky. Even if it passes through customs, you'll need to import it regularly, increasing the risk of getting caught. Personally, I wouldn't do it.

I tried modafinil, it helps with depression but not the focus and motivation. Also it causes hair fall

Sorry to hear it didn't work for you.

How long have you been taking ALCAR, L-tyrosine or other supplements? These amino acids are not stimulants, so their effects can take time. You might feel them immediately, or it could take several weeks of use before you notice any difference. Typically, the effects aren't instant, but over time, you'll likely notice you're a bit more focused and motivated without realizing exactly when it started. I'd recommend giving it at least two months before drawing any conclusions.

That said, I've found that eating chocolate (cocoa) helps my focus moderately. This is because of the theobromine in cocoa, which is part of the same family as caffeine and theacrine. If you're looking for a stronger effect, you can try taking pure extracts of theacrine, theobromine, or caffeine—around 100 mg to 200 mg sublingually (under the tongue), which allows them to absorb directly into your bloodstream.

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I've also been taking 2g of creatine and 1g of glycine daily (and 40mg p5p weekly), and I've noticed a significant energy boost (almost no fatigue), though the impact on motivation and focus is more subtle.

I'm not a doctor, but you might want to ask your doctor about an antihistamine like levocetirizine. Be cautious, though, as it can interact with ADHD meds. I've read that high histamine levels in the brain have been linked to ADHD symptoms, so it might help but it's something to approach carefully.

I hope this helps you on your journey!
