how could i land with my head against the ground? i haven't found any guides but im pretty sure it'll be fatal and instant if i land with my head.

Nobody knows.
All I can think of is to find a pool with a high dive platform and practice. You don't have much time in the air to maneuver, and if you're not experienced to the point that it's muscle memory you'll be flailing like a chicken with its head chopped off.
Landing on your head is optimal, but landing on your torso in a belly flop would be second best since it maximizes damage to internal organs. Landing on your feet is worst since that's how people survive.Similar threads
