I've been doing pretty well lately, I guess. I'm more anxious than anything, less consumed by the failures of the past and more obsessed with the challenges of facing the future.
Since I first became suicidal at age 12, every so many years has seemed make-or-break, but my 30s and 40s really seem too important to just slide through on autopilot. I don't know what I'll do if I waste another decade.
