Help How should I access here overseas?

I will be returning to Japan soon, but only for a short time. I still want to check on this website however, should I use a VPN while I am there? If so, does anyone have good recommendations for iOS VPNs? I will use a iPad.

The last thing I want to worry about is a situation happening while I am there.

I can't give any advice on availability of this site in Japan or if it's legal to access it there. I can tell you that I use Hide My Ass VPN so I can watch TV shows in other countries on Web sites that block viewing these shows outside the show's country of origin. However, I am using this on my laptop. I'm not sure if it would work on your iPad. Have a great trip. I went to Japan many years ago.

I use proton vpn on iPad. And duck duck go as a browser. With a paid version of proton, you should be able to set the 'country you're viewing' this site from. That's for reaching the site.
Don't know if this site is illegal in Japan.

Thank you for the information. Considering I will be there for work-related duties, I think it would be best if I do not access here then. It would be troublesome if this site was illegal and something were to happen. I should not take the chance if a VPN ends up not being sufficient. I will wait until I leave the country.
