No method is guaranteed, but when done correctly it's highly effective.

I guess it's very hard to have a 100% effective method which is kinda painless.
However, SN will definitely be my method. No permanent damage in case of feeling sounds awesome!

Sodium Nitrite is not recommended as a suicide method in Final Exit by Derek Humphry.
If you aren't found and ingest enough (most have a 2nd glass in case of being sick) your not going to survive. Its being talked about numerous times and the factor in every case was the person being found or calling for help etc.

SN is the most (!) unreliable method. You will wake up with a destroyed stomach, youre spilling blood, nausea, etc. Death is not guaranteed with this method.
