Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I rarely leave my house these days due to my anxiety and was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat. I've no job, college or friends. I just sit in the house all day suffering from ptsd flashbacks and having panic attacks. I've been this way for ten months now since I was hospitalised.

Sending hugs to anyone who can relate, I know how lonely it is đź«‚
daily even though i have 0 friends and i kinda hate IRL social interaction (esp with normies) but i can't afford to develope any physical healthy issue, everyone needs their daily share of sunlight and physical activity

I didn't leave the house for the first 3 months of this year. Not that I would have had anywhere to go plus broke. After that it took so much energy just to get myself to do a quick walk to the shops because everyone says that helps but, of course it didn't. and it might be me but I always feel worse after going outside it's just this crushing feeling that I'm so far removed from being normal and being outside confirms that I don't really belong here. Been out a few times since but still prefer not to at all if I can help it

I go out for an hour or so nearly every day, but that is the most I can handle.

I truly hate being in public.
