I only slept for 20 hours and woke up with a stomachache.

I highly recommend another method.

Forget abot over the count farmacs overdoses, and specially forget about overdoses with benzodiacepines

The worst you can have mixing it with alcohol is vomiting your guts out, a week sleeping badly and the people around you treating you like if you had cancer.

If you od benzos alone the only thing you will have is sleep for 15 hours and wake up feeling very bad

and then you have the horrific abstinence syndrome

Z-drug overdose alone would rarely be fatal. It may work if mixed with other sedatives like alcohol, benzos, opioids etc
