I think it's around 4-5 hours to be on the 'safe' side, tops from the point you drink the first dose. You could give yourself longer, but at some point, let's say an arbitrary value of 8-12 hours, if it hasn't killed you then it might be better to be found and get intervention, because you're going to wake up eventually and have awful symptoms depending on your condition and the drugs you've taken. You can always call services yourself at that point.

Now if you plan to drink more doses if you wake up, then it's more than 12 hours, but to circumvent waking up, it'd probably be better to drink two doses initially. In my opinion, anyway. You only drink SN if you're absolutely determined to die, so drinking two doses makes sense to me.

Nice thread. What about vomiting if someone drinks 50 gram (mixed with water) as a single dose.
