How much SN should I consume

I have 500 g (1.1 lbs) of SN and was wondering how much should I drink. I don't want to take too little or too much and risk vomiting.

I am 44kg (97 lbs)

thank you! Also, maybe I should test for the purity of my SN because the price was suspiciously cheap for the amount I got:/. Or I could try to obtain N. I live in SEA so i think its generally easier for people to get their hands on these things
