How much SN do I need to take to CTB? I weigh about 220 pounds. Thanks in advance

Probably 35g would suffice. I wouldn't go more than that. That amount will be hard enough to deal with. A good prescription AE like meto will help facilitate the movement of the SN from your stomach to your small intestine more quickly, where it is more readily absorbed. You will vomit. That's why it's advised to have a second prepared cup ready to drink.
