How much propanalol for SN?

Hi,
I couldn't find on Stan's guide how much propanalol you're supposed to take. Anyone know?

Pph says 800mg dissolved at SN but because vomiting first dose of SN is likely I decided to take 160_200mg 45mints befor SN

Yes and hard to dissolve 1g propa +sn 25g on 50 ml water

800 mg seems like a huge dose and would probably knock me out. Has anyone actually taken that much at one time and if so what did it feel like?

Also, why is it suggested to drink it along with the SN instead of taking it first so it has time to be absorbed? In some cases everything would be vomited out quickly. Is that why?
