Yes. 2 bottles (of Pisa) contain 12.6 grams of pentobarbital.
For over a decade, 10 grams was the standard dose in the Netherlands for assisted suicide.
The fail rate was zero but they upped the dose a few years ago to 15 grams to speed up the process for attending loved ones.

You're not quite asking the right question.

The 'amount' of a chemical you have is measured by mass (grammes), not by volume (ml).

You could have 100ml of liquid with only 1g of N dissolved in it....or there could be 25g dissolved in it.

Anyway, I believe Dignitas uses 10g?

All correct except for Dignitas using 10 grams.
Their standard is now the same as in the Netherlands, 15 grams.
The same goes for Pegasos.
