How much is the correct amount to test your N?

To those who have tested their N - how much did you extract from the bottle and what dose is considered safe to try?

I wouldn't be able to order a N testing kit. What's left for me is drinking a sample of the liquid in order to see if it is the real deal. I have 22G and 23G syringes and I think I am going to try this in the next couple of days.

I would appreciate some guidance first though.

A therapeutic dose is in the range of 150-200mg.
I would err on the low side.

If I am not mistaken, N from D was tested to have 6.5 g per 100 ml bottle?
