How much grams of SN do I need?

I was wondering how much grams of SN do I need to have it be successful, I'm 5'8 50kg (108lbs). Also, is benadryl gonna work as an antiemetic? Thanks.

20 - 25 g SN

But if you can get Meto or Domperidon, use one of those.
