I feel like as a species humans in general overestimate how much we know. Yes, we have come a long way in recent centuries; learning about the universe, biology, physics, math, chemistry etc, and it seems like a lot. But is it? How much do you think that we know, compared to what there is to know? My guess is less than .1%. And many things that are considered factual/truthful now could be proved wrong by science in the future

I don't think we know much at all. Our species is still young. There's still so much to learn.

I don't know...I don't think we're dumb... I'm supposed to have meniscus surgery soon... possibly arthroscopically...if they can do all that I don't think we're stupid....

We don't understand what's going on and still bring others into existence - a pebble is more intelligent than our species.
