How many spoons of SN should I use and how much water

I don't know. You should be fasting for around 2 days though. Again, please don't do anything without knowledge. If you're really desperate, try other methods that are more straight forward

I ordered it, but I'm not sure if I won't chicken out. I have no other alternatives. I'm dying inside every day, I'm dealing with a soul crushing thing...I will have no choice...better an end of suffering, that suffering without an end...

I'm in the same position. I face a future of solitude and virtually unlimited suffering. I have to escape it. I have the SN but I don't know that I will be able to bring myself to do it. But I HAVE to, it is my only option. If only it were easier and there weren't so many side effects/unknowns. xo, j
