Hello!

my original method was going to be hanging but I think I might enjoy passing peacefully in bed. What over the counter medication would I be able to overdose on and how many?

ODs rarely work.
Here's my experience:

Last year, I took 100 sleeping pills and anti-depressants.
What did I get?
A 2-day coma, 1 month in hospital (even got covid there) and I was a "prisoner" in my parents' house for 5 months.

i live alone, who's going to find me if i choke on my own vomit etc.

ctb with otc pills is very unlikely to work. I tried to ctb with a cocktail of benadryl, tylenol, seroquel, prozac and caffeine pills (400+ pills). All i got was vomiting blood for days, EXCESSIVE amounts of pain, and a week in the hospital. (despite only receiving treatment after 12 hours)

Unfortunately, this is extremely hard to do and will only land you with pain or a failing liver at the worst.
And a failing liver is an excruciating way to go.
