How many hours did you spend thinking about suicide today?

Excellent question! for me it all depends on the level of my chronic pain. Today it was around 3 to 4 hours, becasue the pain was horrible during that time frame. Love and SUPPORT to all here!!!!! Walter

The thoughts of suicide have been constant throughout most of the day. The only time those thoughts stopped is when I used this forum.

Constantly, even if I'm having a good day the thoughts are always waiting on the wings for when reality hits.

It was on my mind all day. I had to coil a load of rope at work which got me thinking about if it would be any good for hanging,I went for a walk near a train line and every time a train went past I looked at the structures on the front to see if it would be any good for decapitation,every time I drove past a truck I had the urge to steer my car into the front of it.I cant sleep at night at the moment because of intrusive thoughts about my ex and the only thing that gets rid of those thoughts is thinking about CTB instead,same thing first thing in the morning.

It's always there,either in the front of my mind or lurking in the background.

I say dream constantly, always have and I keep thinking of more and more fun ways to ctb. Then when the intrusive thoughts come they give me even more ideas. 14/15 hours a day I'd say, lots of fun..
