Help How loud are partial suspension convulsions

I have wall thats behind me and nothing else other than a hard wooden bed frame. I plan to hang myself with the window grills behind me that joins the wall obviously. My parents sleep away from the hall. What r the chances they will hear me convulse. And how long do the convulsions last?
