Can't say I saw the cheap humour in sensitive situations because that's the kind of thing that I would pick up on and be equally pissed about. If you see something like that just call it out calmly, a genuine person will be surprisingly reasonable if you're not rude about it.

I think he is just confident in what he believes, if you trust that you have something valuable to contribute to an important issue and can do so in a way that makes it appear that you believe what you're saying, is that so bad?

I think "jumping the gun" is really the only issue here, everything else is a petty personal gripe and needn't be brought up here, just as I don't speak about my gripes with someone else unless they're here to defend themselves. I'd say the reason he causes a big ruckus is because chances are if he or somebody else doesn't, then vulnerable ppl are going to get preyed on via pms or some other imaginary scenario, since it has happened at least once it's understandable to be concerned and some people may think they have more invested in stopping scumbags than the moderators who are just trying to keep the forum tidy.

Again, not justifying anything just trying to give a bit of an explanation. It's easy to get wrapped up in concerns about ppls motives and become hypervigilant and distrustful of the smallest things.

Anyway, I just really don't think he's as bad a dude as some people are assuming very quickly, and by requesting a ban and taking some time for himself, I think he's shown great maturity in this situation too. (I won't derail anymore sowwy)

Unforseen plot twist to this thread, l must say.

People often say "if l had n I'd drink it immediately". I bet most folk think that when ordering. This is incorrect imo, N requires the same summoning of strength as hanging, or any other method. What it *does* provide is comfort; a knowledge that the immediate release, the off switch, is there when it's needed, and it's surprising how as a result of having N in possession one can go on a little bit longer with that comfort.

Really I'm just trying to stand up for someone where I doubt anybody else will, someone that I think I can empathise with. I thought Chinaski was funny. He also did the board a great service by uncovering LMK as a scammer. Literally no one else was onto LMK or his new account. I wasn't even going to test my N because I trusted LMK when he told me personally that he used Exit's official test kit to test his bottles, which were identical to mine. Sure maybe we're overthinking everyone now, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Just my 2 cents.

Having worked in a pharmacy I can tell you it is very easy to make illicit labels, and purchase the bottles shown by LMK. Sorry...we caught a few people using an old medication bottle with the right label to obtain more drugs. They were caught because they did not realize that the pharmacist must check with the prescribing physician to see if it is legit.

Do you know what would happen if @Chinaski didn't speak up and he was left to roam the forum? Do you know the danger @rabid_squirrel would have been in had Chinaki not spoken help. Since we are at it, why don't you tell us something we don't know like why should thelasttrip not been banned?

My own modest contribution to this (I say with completely false modesty) is why I am here. I've made no secret of that. I'm just not funny like the Chinaski dude, but I see what he sees. I also genuinely think there are real and vulnerable people on this forum, important people to me fwiw, and I am mightily peeved at how they have been targeted by a lowlife scammer.

I'm not emotionally invested in this forum, so I am pretty immune to any "slings and arrows of outrageous fortune" sent my way. lol

You are absolutely right and thank you for recognising his contribution. However, by exposing the scammers, both he and I have been under barrage of abuse from some gullible folk(s)who were made to wake up from their dreams and face reality.

It's not your fault. The guy is a very good scammer, normal people, let alone vulnerable people would have fallen for it. You just need to be more careful. His fancy Peru story was made more credible by some gullible and naive users egging him on and that emboldened him. If it's your fault, it's also my fault and the fault of the community collectively. Don't be too hard on yourself and be glad you are not in Bolivia with the sick sexual predator.
