As your sister and members here mentioned, overdose is not a viable method, because medications are designed to be safe enough. The success rate of overdose is very low, no more than 12.3%. It can lead to organ damages instead of death.
Jumping itself is a reliable method. But your bridge does not look high enough. At least 150 feet/ 46 meters is needed if you land on the ground. Failed jumping attempts can leave you severe physical injury that makes it impossible to try again.
