• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

From the moment of consumption, how long does it usually take for one to go unconscious? I only have about 8 hours overnight so I don't wanna be rescued

8 hours should be enough. Typically, you will pass out after 10 minutes, then die after one to two hours. Maybe more but most probably largely before 8 hours.

It can take up to 20 minutes to pass out and to die can take 40 minutes to 4 hours. This often works out the way peopel want it to but sometimes it doesn't, sometimes peopel wake up in a hospital since people heard noise and resacued them or sometimes there are other issues, such as the sn not being good, but it seems that most of the time when the protocol for meds is followed closely a person will ctb without 4 hours. Using the meds such as a beta blocker, an antiemitic, and a pain reliever are important for increasing the chances of this working.

Nobody who will reply actually knows - we are all going on our research or what we have read here - but 8 hours should be plenty.

I thought that beta blockers aren't necessary anymore in the most recent PPEH ?

That's what they say but they are very helpful- maybe not necessary but they have helped a lot. WHen you take the beta blockers this help0s to ocntrol the racing heart rate, and some people have called fo an ambulance due to how distressing this racing heart rate can be. Beta blockers increase the chances of success significantly, though they may not be "necessary".
