How effective would be Lethal Cardiac Drugs after the expiring date? Also mixing compounds question

Getting ready for CTB, read the PPH and realized I have at hand most stuff for an LCB but my Amitriptyline is actually expired (Aug 2023).

I currently have no means to procure additional supplies of this one as I no longer have access to the prescription.

Does anyone more knowleadgeable knows how should I account for this? Should I increase the intake to increase the success rate?

I do also have access to many other medications, but unsure if I should try to mix anything else to counter this or it if is just too risk as it could probably increase the likelihood of purging out of the system before getting the expected results.

Any advice is appreciated.

I think it is not critical! Is it possible to give some info about this method?

May be less effective but that is very depending on the concrete medication, also August 2023 is not a long time ago. You should be good.
